Dorm Room Accommodations at IEEE FLEPS 2026
Bookings for dorm room accommodations have closed for FLEPS 2026. We are no longer able to make changes to any rooms that have already been booked.
The IEEE FLEPS 2026 conference is excited to offer affordable dorm room accommodations for attendees at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This option provides a convenient and cost-effective way to stay on-site during the conference, immersing you in the vibrant campus environment.
Dorm room accommodations can be easily added to your conference registration. When registering for IEEE FLEPS 2026 through the official registration page, simply select the dorm “Dorm Room Accommodation” additional item for each night you would like to book a stay for. The dorm room accommodations will be available for check in starting July 11 and check-out by July 16. Please note that you need to select the optional item for each night you would like to book the accommodations for. We will handle the booking process for you once this optional item is selected.
Cost: $74.17 per night
Accommodation: Single apartment style dorm with linens included
Parking: If you will be parking on campus, please add the optional item “Parking Permit (for full week)” when completing your registration. The cost for the parking pass for the full week is $35.00
